Tailored packaging machines: what they are:<\/strong>
\nSFERA EASY TOUCH 11″ <\/strong>
\nThis incredible machine<\/strong> is fully operated by a worker who, through its intuitive, programmable controls, creates a protective layer<\/strong> of film on the pallet in a fast, safe<\/strong>way.<\/p>\n

It is equipped with all safety devices and can work both automatically and semi-automatically<\/strong>. It has two 12-Volt 105-Amp batteries, which allow it to work and wrap with film up to 200 pallets per charge<\/strong>. Roughly 8-10 hours of work.
\nThis machine can do from one to ten wraps of film and can wrap pallets up to two metres high.<\/p>\n

SFERA TOUCH 11″<\/strong>
\nTwo 12-Volt 110-Amp gel batteries give 8-10 hours of autonomy<\/strong> of uninterrupted work, for about two hundred pallets per charge.
\nThis type of packaging machine can be set up easily<\/strong> by the operator and can wrap pallets with an overall height of up to 2.2 metres<\/strong> , doing up to ten wraps of film per point.
\nThe control panel offers various wrapping cycles, and there are 100 settable wrapping programs. <\/strong>
\nEVA \u00d8 1500\/1650 <\/strong>
\nThis type of packaging machine, on the other hand, has a turntable<\/strong> on the base and a mechanical arm<\/strong> at the side. Once the pallet is placed on the turntable and the film is set up, the procedure can begin.
\nThe maximum load the turntable can bear is 1500 kg<\/strong> and it can reach 2.2 metres in height<\/strong>. The height is automatically detected by a photocell in the machine.
\nThe speed can be set from 3 to 12 turns per minute, making the number of pallets it can handle very high and variable. It also has various functions managed from the control panel<\/strong>, such as the ability to create multiple layers and the movements it can perform to do so.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>A version turntable<\/strong> with a larger plate, so as to handle pallets with larger bases, still with a maximum weight of 1500 kg.<\/strong>
\nThis type of rotating packaging machine proves very useful for large volumes<\/strong> of work, in industries that have to make large shipments.
\nThe operating speed<\/strong> is very high, since it can do from 3 to 12 turns per minute with a carriage movement speed (up or down) from 1.3 to 5.4 metres per minute.

This line of machines always comes with a rotating base<\/strong> that is very solid, and a side panel that allows the wrapping program to be set and the reel to be placed at the side, clearly visible so it can be replaced as soon as needed.
\nThe diameter of the turntable is 1.65 metres<\/strong> and it can bear a maximum weight of 1500 kilos<\/strong>. The pallet height is automatically detected by the machine, via a photocell, so as to avoid wasting film.<\/p>\n

The packaging operation is decided directly by the operator, who can choose up to four wrapping programs<\/strong> that can be set.
\nThis machine can also be set manually<\/strong>, so you can independently decide the amount of film to apply and the management of the height and arm movement.<\/p>\n

Always equipped with turntable<\/strong> it can be programmed to perform the functions however you prefer, with the option of setting up to 7 storable wrapping programs.
\nThis machine is perfect for creating film coverings for very large pallets, and so for massive shipments.<\/p>\n

LYBRA <\/strong>
\nThis type of wrapper<\/strong> belongs to the semi-automatic category and can wrap loads up to 2.5 metres high<\/strong>, letting most pallets be protected by film.
\nThis Lybra line of machines is designed with a series of guards built to CE standards, for impeccable safety.
\nThe number of turns the machine can do is from 3 to 12 per minute, and its special feature is the ability to store up to 99 programs that can later be re-run by the machine.
\nThe controls can also be used manually by operators.<\/p>\n

LYBRA STATION<\/strong>
\nThis type of packaging machine<\/strong> is called automatic and is therefore able to manage packaging fully autonomously and safely.
\nIt comes with all the safety devices approved by CE regulations<\/strong> , so as to allow safe, precise work, fully managed by the machine and taking very little operator supervision time.<\/p>\n

The wrapping cycles can be conveniently stored<\/strong> and the touch-screen panel makes setting and control operations simple and immediate.
\nThe usable wrapping height can reach 2.5 metres high<\/strong>.
