At a time like this, shipments usually tend to grow exponentially and you must be ready to ride the wave.\n\nThe pallets prepared with the goods are usually wrapped in film entirely by hand, which requires first of all a worker dedicated to that task and, more tangibly, a great deal of time.\n\nTo overcome this inconvenience, AR Assemblaggio supplies a large number of packaging machines, that allow film coverings to be made according to the timing you need.\n\nTailored packaging machines: what they are: SFERA EASY TOUCH 11″ This incredible machine is fully operated by a worker who, through its intuitive, programmable controls, creates a protective layer of film on the pallet in a fast, safeway.\n\nIt is equipped with all safety devices and can work both automatically and semi-automatically. It has two 12-Volt 105-Amp batteries, which allow it to work and wrap with film up to 200 pallets per charge. Roughly 8-10 hours of work. This machine can do from one to ten wraps of film and can wrap pallets up to two metres high.\n\nSFERA TOUCH 11″ Two 12-Volt 110-Amp gel batteries give 8-10 hours of autonomy of uninterrupted work, for about two hundred pallets per charge. This type of packaging machine can be set up easily by the operator and can wrap pallets with an overall height of up to 2.2 metres , doing up to ten wraps of film per point. The control panel offers various wrapping cycles, and there are 100 settable wrapping programs. EVA Ø 1500/1650 This type of packaging machine, on the other hand, has a turntable on the base and a mechanical arm at the side. Once the pallet is placed on the turntable and the film is set up, the procedure can begin. The maximum load the turntable can bear is 1500 kg and it can reach 2.2 metres in height. The height is automatically detected by a photocell in the machine. The speed can be set from 3 to 12 turns per minute, making the number of pallets it can handle very high and variable. It also has various functions managed from the control panel, such as the ability to create multiple layers and the movements it can perform to do so.\n\nEVA TP A version turntable with a larger plate, so as to handle pallets with larger bases, still with a maximum weight of 1500 kg. This type of rotating packaging machine proves very useful for large volumes of work, in industries that have to make large shipments. The operating speed is very high, since it can do from 3 to 12 turns per minute with a carriage movement speed (up or down) from 1.3 to 5.4 metres per minute. SYNTHESI\n\nThis line of machines always comes with a rotating base that is very solid, and a side panel that allows the wrapping program to be set and the reel to be placed at the side, clearly visible so it can be replaced as soon as needed. The diameter of the turntable is 1.65 metres and it can bear a maximum weight of 1500 kilos. The pallet height is automatically detected by the machine, via a photocell, so as to avoid wasting film.\n\nThe packaging operation is decided directly by the operator, who can choose up to four wrapping programs that can be set. This machine can also be set manually, so you can independently decide the amount of film to apply and the management of the height and arm movement.\n\nAlways equipped with turntable it can be programmed to perform the functions however you prefer, with the option of setting up to 7 storable wrapping programs. This machine is perfect for creating film coverings for very large pallets, and so for massive shipments.\n\nLYBRA This type of wrapper belongs to the semi-automatic category and can wrap loads up to 2.5 metres high, letting most pallets be protected by film. This Lybra line of machines is designed with a series of guards built to CE standards, for impeccable safety. The number of turns the machine can do is from 3 to 12 per minute, and its special feature is the ability to store up to 99 programs that can later be re-run by the machine. The controls can also be used manually by operators.\n\nLYBRA STATION This type of packaging machine is called automatic and is therefore able to manage packaging fully autonomously and safely. It comes with all the safety devices approved by CE regulations , so as to allow safe, precise work, fully managed by the machine and taking very little operator supervision time.\n\nThe wrapping cycles can be conveniently stored and the touch-screen panel makes setting and control operations simple and immediate. The usable wrapping height can reach 2.5 metres high. Once the pallet is placed in the designated work area, you choose the program from the handy display, which will allow packaging in the way you’ve chosen. The machine, fully autonomously and through its many sensors, takes the pallet’s dimensions and wraps it in a fully automatic and precise way."
